Managing Partner
Cedric Christie
Cedric established Christie and Co Solicitors in 2001 as a niche Private Client practice, having worked for 20 years in a top 5 firm. Cedric specialises in Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Tax and Succession Planning. He works closely with clients and their families giving practical legal advice tailored to their needs.
Cedric is a Law graduate of Trinity College Dublin (BA Mod Hons). He is a member and a former Chairman of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners in Ireland (STEP) and he is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Cedric is actively involved in several sporting and charitable organisations including a Governor of a Voluntary Maternity Hospital, Chairman of a Voluntary Nursing Home, Member of two School Boards and secretary of an Educational Endowment. He is also a past Captain and past President of a Hockey Club.

James Heney
Jim has a long and distinguished career as a Solicitor involved in many important cases which have redefined or refined legal principals or practices. For many years he acted for a leading Building Society, setting up and administering a comprehensive IT system to efficiently manage and process thousands of mortgages.
Jim is a graduate of University College Dublin (Prizeman) and holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Trinity College Dublin. Jim is currently an active member of The Law Society Technology Committee and has significant experience in Landlord and Tenant, Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Property Litigation and General Civil litigation.
Jim is well known in Irish Rowing Circles as a successful Cox. He also has a deep love and knowledge of Italy and all things Italian – Opera, Food, Wine, and History., and in particular Renaissance and Baroque Art.
Executive PA
Aisling Kennedy
Aisling manages the reception and administration functions of the office. She is our clients’ first point of contact. She delivers exceptional client care and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently.
She is PA to the Managing Partner.
Aisling has a wealth of experience having previously worked at management level in marketing and advertising for a leading bank and retailer.
She is personable and organised with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Caitriona Devine
Caitriona has more than 20 years experience in general practice. As Head of Conveyancing, She is skilled in all aspects of residential and commercial sales, purchases and mortgages. Caitriona also specialises in Landlord and Tenant, Probate, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Trusts.
Caitriona is a graduate of UCD, holding a Bachelor of Civil Law (Hons) Degree and a graduate of DCU with a Post Graduate Diploma (Hons) in Information Technology. Caitriona also has a Diploma in Trust and Estate Planning, is a member of STEP Ireland and is admitted to the Roll of solicitors in England and Wales.
